Working Supervisor/Boat captain for field steel erecting/welding

Most of our work is done on Lake travis, lake buchannan, or surrounding areas including cliff side stairways, boat docks, bridges, and other miscelanious welding and fabrication.

The ideal candidate would have 5
years of stick welding (6010, 7010, 7018) and heavy steel erecting experience and would also have experience supervising and leading crews to excelence.
Alot of our jobs involve heights 50' plus with fall protection equiptment.
Experience using a tape measure, angle finders, speed squares, levels, string lines, plumbobs, t post drivers, forklifts, and telehandlers.
We work all day and would expect that you do too.
Pay is w2 weekly, holiday pay and vacation pay will be acrued after the first year, we also offer health benefits after the first month of probationary employment.
